It’s Starbucks. You know what you’re getting before you come here. It’s something you like, love, or hate. Personally I enjoy it. The only issue I have with this location is that it gets insane. So much so that there is often times where you have no where to stand and wait for your drink. Other then that, staff are great and the food is Starbucks quality.

Staff here really knows how to manage a crowd on a Sunday morning. This place is surprisingly busy but the TWO people working right now have the place running like a well oiled machine! Good job Emily and Jimmy! THANKYOU!!!

It may not have a drive thru, but this is probably one of the most efficient Starbucks I’ve visited as far as getting the orders done fast and correct when they are under pressure with the long lines. Clean, friendly employees, and a lot of available parking. They open at 5am like most locations.

Greatest friendliest Starbucks. Thanks Melissa for making my days happy. I have travelled the states and I can say this store knows how to make you feel special.

Great! Average Starbucks cleanliness, nice staff. Right in the middle of the bustling postmodern chaos there’s this little gem where you can find a seat even when there’s 20 people waiting for espresso. Pro tip: get drip.

There’s no drive thru here, it’s a walk up. The inside is small and there is limited outside seating which feels like you’re sitting in the parking lot. This place gets busy so parking is a little hectic. The good part about this place is that it’s walking distance from Angel’s stadium and there’s a few places to eat around it. The employees are nice enough and not particularly quick. There’s another Starbucks further west on katella by the Honda center that I recommend.

How can you not have any of the carbonated beverages? You advertise the new orange cream soda and then tell me you don’t have it and then I try for a ginger ale and you don’t have that either. Just great! Wasted my work break time and I leave empty handed.

Have to say that this spot is one of my faves. Quick and efficient service, and always a smiling face. And in the perfect spot to get to on my way into work in the morning. Try the black eye with blonde roast — an awesome way to start your morning!

Hey, I saw you give me decaf. My order was simple: a venti pike with room for cream. I wait 10 minutes. Look around if it’s busy: it’s not. There were 4 baristas and I was the only person waiting for an order. I ask about my pike, and one of the baristas gets a cup, fills it with the coveted pike, and apologizes. I take a closer look at where she got my drink from: decaffeinated. Go to hell. There is a special place in hell for you. But hey, wait a minute! Technically, I got a pike place brew!!! BUT, I’m never coming back to this Starbucks location. Will it make a difference? I don’t think so. Will people avoid this Starbucks because of the bad ratings and this rant? I doubt it. But, is there an chance I catch the attention of a Unilocaling and practicing voodoo-er to cast a pox on that barista? Close to nil. But hey, I’m optimistic.

This location has its good days and bad days… Jesse is always smiley, welcoming, and makes a little conversation with near to every caffeine hungry guest. However some of the other employees are not very welcoming. There tends to be lots of personal conversations and lack of interest in upholding quality customer service. The beverages are always great quality and always timely!

This location is my daily one. and i like the location because its close to major places and other quick places to eat. The vibe here Has always been up and happy which is nice to be around in the mornings! My drinks have always been good no complaints and ive been lucky enough to always go when there is my usual multigrain bagel w butter. Always good! And i like the indoor bench table… It enables people to sit next to one another… stranger unity kind of.

I love this Starbucks. Friendly and quick. My drink always tastes just right. I have had the manager special order me pastries before and it was a breeze. Lots of parking and some tasty grub nearby too!

I always feel weird writing reviews about chains, but the customer service here is so fantastic, I really wanted to give credit where credit is due! Everyone at this location is super nice and welcoming, especially Mike, Sarah, Melissa, Emily, and Jesse. I come in almost everyday to get my iced coffee with soy milk(I work down the street), and they always remember me, my order, and seem genuinely interested in how my day is going, etc. They’re awesome!

It’s your average, good service, and pretty friendly Starbucks location. It’s close to a lot of things in Anaheim — Honda Center, Angels Stadium, Disneyland… So, it can get pretty busy. But they are quick and know how to take your order and get drinks out in a timely manner without compromising your food and beverages. The only downside… the inside of the store is quite small. There’s barely any room to stand and wait for your drink. It’s kind of awkward, because the only real place to stand is by the condiment stand and on the path to the restrooms. Oh, and it’d be even more awesome if it was drive-thru!

Had to write a review before I forgot. This isn’t about the coffee since Charbucks is my least favorite coffee but it’s a necessary evil. I haven’t had a chance to replace my coffee machine at home so I’ve been getting Starbucks a handful times a week. This is for the customer service and especially today for Jesse. I’m not sure why so many people have complaints about the customer service since every time I’ve been there everyone is so chipper and nice and I’ve never had to wait very long for a drink no matter how packed the place is. I had been briefly annoyed with them almost tempted to call and complain but I’m glad I didn’t– I came in on Monday and had ordered two Venti iced Americanos and the employee said my order rang up to $ 8.50. I questioned him on it since I’ve ordered the same order before and I know it’s around $ 5 – 6. The line was out the door and I was already nearly late to work so I made a mental note to recheck the price later or see if prices went up. I came back this morning and ordered the same exact drink and this time it was $ 5.90. I mentioned the Monday incident to Jesse who was the one working the counter today and he asked if I had any milk or syrups added since that would bring up the price. I said no but I had questioned the employee twice and he had still said 8.50. Jesse ended up apologizing and handing me a coupon for a free coffee next time. Not looking for a freebie but I liked that he had apologized for the error. I’ve been in another situation where they’ll point the finger at you and make it sound like it was the customers fault. I worked in fast food(in n out) for four years and never once have we ever pointed the finger at the customer(even if it was blatantly their fault). So I appreciate Jesse’s handling of the matter. Time to caffeinate and procrastinate.
