TOGO’S Sandwiches

Used to go to this Togos before Angels games. The current staff is TERRIBLE. I went in a couple weeks back and no one was at the counter. I ask for help and two dudes come out the back with their eyes red and glazed. They could barely put together a sandwich and I had to repeat my order many times. Management is either in on it or the most naïve person on the planet. Oh and they had to have the lady ring up my meal and because management didn’t trust him to handle people’s money.

I love togos… they seriously have some amazing sandwiches… i have been to a few different togos and this one wasnt as quick as the others… I dont really think the guy behind the counter liked his job much… lol…but the food was great and other than that I was awesome

The ladies behind the counter are awesome. I come here on a weekly basis because I work across the street. They all work very hard and are super nice. Also, this location has very good daily deals! AND they serve beer! Cheers!

I went in while on my trip to Disneyland and there were 2 people ahead of my boyfriend and I. They had 3 people working and it took 25 min to get our food. Next time I know better

Just went there for lunch… come on! Listen to your customers! Food quality was as expected, but ordering my food was just stupid. Convo went like this:
Me: Can I please get a mini #24 on wheat?
Employee: Is that all?
Me: Yes.
Employee: What kind of bread?
Me: Wheat
Employee: What kind of sandwich?
Me: Turkey and avocado and can you please add swiss cheese
Employee: What kind of cheese?
Me: Swiss
Employee: Mustard and Mayo?
Me: Dijon mustard and a little bit of mayo
Employee: Lettuce, tomato?
Me: Just lettuce, onion and peppercini
Employee: Tomato?
Me: No thanks
Employee: Chips and a drink?
Me: Jalapeño chips and no drink
Employee: What kind of chips?
NO EXAGGERATION! I had ONE sandwich and you had one job! And BTW, there was no onion or mayo.

These ladies make you feel like you are in a family resturant, not a franchise. I think they have great customer service.

Great service! Danny was very nice and helpful even though I showed up 5 minutes before closing.

First time having Togo’s & I was pleasantly surprised with the Turkey avocado sandwich. Even my little ones were happy with their food AND we had Baskin Robin’s ice cream after because it was in the same store… pretty cool.

We ordered delivery yesterday (3÷5÷16) and everything was flawless. Sandwiches came super fast, and everything was delicious. We loved it so much we ordered again the next day (today, 3÷6÷16). Not so flawless the second time… they forgot my combo (an extra $ 2.85), and added very random toppings to the sandwiches that hadn’t been there the day before (pickles, peppers, onions). Still very fast and good besides that, though.

Desirae made my family’s sandwiches and served our ice cream tonight with 5 start service! Very sweet and punctual. Too bad on our way out we seen her taking the trash out while the 2guy workers sat there talking. Overall great service!

You guys were supposed to be open at 10 and Instead it’s eleven and the doors are locked with you guys unprepared to start a work day inside. Unprofessional and annoying. So I go and find that the baskin robins door is open and I’m like why the fuck didn’t anyone let me know the other door was open when I was trying to get in and sat down on the bench right outside them instead of ignoring me? Then being rude to me when I go inside the baskin robins side? I go here so often it’s not even funny. Some of the girls know how to make my sandwich without me even telling them but I fucking assure you I will never go here again. What a laugh you are.

Very good staff service. I am going to this store for past few times. Really loved the food, clean and every day they have daily deals, I really enjoy these deals. I like how they maintain the balance between their Togo sandwich side and BR ice-​cream parlor side. Best thing you always going to see smiles on their face. If you guys ask me I will always suggest this place for everyone doesn’t matter for two or for big families. You guys gonna love there service and food.

Good service. Had the daily special #9 today. No frills. I have been to this Togo’s many times and they really never disappoint.

We have eaten at this location several times over the last three months, and it has never disappointed. Bread is always fresh and never stale, the wraps are good as well. Get lots of meat and fresh toppings. Staff is very friendly.

Don’t order for delivery. Sandwiches where very soggy and on top of that they take way too long, about 1 hour and ½ to arrive and they still expect a tip.
If you go eat there it’s even worse. There’s about 5 workers and only one of them is actually working.

Located in this plaza right across the City National Grove.
In a building attached with Baskin Robbins.
Came here around 4pm and it was dead!
We were waiting for the two employees to come out and take our orders.
Ordered a sandwich and water, and they kept asking if I want a drink and chips.
These two ladies that were working had staring problems like it was a problem that I only wanted to drink water.
Like uh, I just want my damn sandwich and a cup of water.
Sandwiches were good, customer service could have been better.

It’s a chain sammich shop how good/​bad can it possible be. I go there on the regular because I can call it in and get a free drink with my check in. I do like their Mediterranean hummus wrap, that is a favorite, I have resisted looking up the calorie content, because I want to continue to order it guilt free.
Store is clean, service is good nothing outstanding.

Great sandwiches and friendly service! The line moves quickly and the place is very clean.

******I was charged $ 22.95 for a sandwich combo*****
I’ve been eating at TOGOS for years. In fact, I worked at TOGOS during my teenage years, and am quite familiar with their menu. I ordered a #11, which is a roast beef and avocado. I ordered double meat, so was expecting the $ 2.00 charge. I included chips and a drink. I’m not sure how much extra that is… but I know it’s not that much. Another employee came over to ring me up, and informed me of my total. I had a group of people waiting for me, so I wasn’t paying attention to the amount that was being charged to my card. As I was outside eating my sandwich, it dawned on me that she said «$ 22.95». I took the receipt inside to find out why I was charged so much. The manager explained that I was charged for a #7, which is a roast beef. She took it upon herself to ADD avocado, instead of the #11 that already included it, and added TWO additional servings of meat, instead of the 1 I asked for. So, in the end, I kinda got what I asked for, but the sandwich maker seem to charge me for all the individual ingredients instead of just 1 sandwich. Even if I didn’t know the menu, and ordered a roast beef sandwich and wanted to add avocado… wouldn’t it be common courtesy to say, «You want roast beef and avocado? Lets make it a #11, cuz it has the same ingrediants, but will bw cheaper.» KNOW ING that this made absolutely NO sense, I knew the manager would say, «I’m sorry. Let me charge you for what you ordered, and put the rest back on your card.» NOPE!!! She tells me to come in at a later date to get a free sandwich, but refuses to put this in writing. When I asked her name, she refused that too. Am I supposed to go and hope she’s there, or if she is. that she’ll remember me? Good food… not $ 23.00 worth, but the blaent act of bad customer service is what really put a bad taste in my mouth. Let’s not forget the fact that I paid almost $ 23.00 for this bad experience!!!

So far, so good! I love TOGO’s in general, and this particular location helps to maintain my stance. The salads here are SO good, and are an incredible value for what you pay.
Staff here is very friendly. I live close by, so it’s awesome to know I can rely on this location to provide me with good service and good food.
