Even before you enter the building itself, the calming nature of the studio envelops you; just crossing the threshold of the property is an invitation to another realm. My visit was in the evening so I was greeting by tiny purple lights on the outside deck, transforming it from the average relaxing sit and sip nook to a peaceful, otherworldly alcove where the outside could not invade. Inside was an even greater delight. The harmonious decorative colors continued to afford a soothing atmosphere, the inviting juice & soup bar offered a rich variety of delectable delights at an amazingly affordable rate and the open areas for group and private yoga were spacious and clean. Fire and Water feels like it belongs to another country and yet, it exists in a tiny pocket hideaway in our little college town. It very much merits the time and energy to explore; you will never regret it. To the contrary, it won’t be long before it becomes your favorite secret!
