Jamba Juice is one of favorites places to get good smoothie. One of favorite drink is the Matcha green tea blast I always get when I visit to a Jamba Juice. The service is excellent.

I love morning people(because I am one) I don’t often get greeted nicely in the morning but these people did! Thank you for the courtesy. I wish I had cash to tip. The oatmeal is great and perfect to eat real quick in the car before I head off to school. The smoothie is always great I’m so full off the oatmeal I can barely touch this free large upgrade(from med).

Came here on a Saturday around 9pm and I was surprised that they were still open! I’m used to them closing at 8pm here in the bay. I ordered mango go go as always and my bf ordered a pomegranate smoothie! Both came out super thickly and yummy! I don’t think anyone can go wrong with making Jamba Juice, though it has happened before. We both loved our drinks and as far as customer service goes, it was great!

I have no complaints. I usually order Apples and Greens or Kaleribbean which has kale and it all tastes fresh. I like that this place is clean and so are the restrooms. The employees seem nice.

came here this morning to order the pitaya bowl. 440 cal. for 16oz. I was told they didn’t have bananas & blueberries. HOWAREYOUJAMBAJUICEWITHOUTBANANAS&BLUEBERRIES?! I tried to sub with mangoes & pineapple, then I was told mango was frozen. NEVERMIND, strawberries it is. it was kind of a joke, the bowl tasted fine, a little more watery than it should have.

Nikki has served me a couple times and she is very nice. Their staff is pretty informative most of the time and they never disappoint. Don’t know about others experience but mine are always great!

I live close by it was my first time here a couple days ago, Service was excellent. I walked in they were not to busy and I was called up to order right away. One guy took my order while the next made it. It was so fast I only waited a few mins. The guy who made my drink was very nice he had a big smile on his face made me feel welcome! Will definitely be back here! Do not know why I did not come sooner. Excellent service and employees gave me great customer service!

Just finished my Acai Bowl which was totally uneventful! The Acai is blended with an absurd amount of ice which makes it nearly flavorless! The sliced banana was not fully ripened so that was lacking as well. It seems there was only half a teaspoon of granola thrown into the mix. The strawberries were not ripe either which made them more tart than sweet. I do believe there were 4 blueberries present during this lackluster ordeal.

Came on a Sunday afternoon and it was fairly crowded, 3 workers all together so I didn’t mind the wait. When I was ordering however, I felt like the cashier was rushing me and never did he crack a smile! The smoothie was decent at best, for what it was, but it just really bugged me at how bad their customer service was. Their wheatgrass shot is just okay as well, very watered down. I’ll stop by if I really am craving a smoothie from them, but otherwise, I’ll stick to other juice bars.

Usually, I don’t make reviews, but I felt like it was absolutely necessary to make this one. First, it was 7 am on a Wednesday when they had opened up at 6 am. So they should have been prepared for customers already. And secondly, when we got there, it was completely empty. Expecting the situation to be like this, I decided to place a phone order, so by the time I got there, I should be able to grab it and go. My order was simple: 2 oatmeals with banana, brown sugar, strawberries and – That was all I was able to order because Randy, whom I was notified was the manager, quickly hung up on me because she was in such a rush. Because of that, I gave her the benefit of the doubt, and thought it was just busy, but I needed to finish the rest of the order. So, I decided to just call back and this time, Elijah picked up. Elijah was an example of what randy should have been, he was delightful and also apologized for Randy and took the rest of our order with patience; which was was a large mango-a-go-go and a medium kale-ribbean breeze substitute the Greek yogurt for more mangos. When I arrived at the location, there was no sign of life to be found, except for Elijah, who had our entire order ready, within the five minutes that we called. I by no means am a person that gets upset by waiting a couple more minutes for an order because I understand it works when things get busy. But for randy to rush my order the way she did at the time she did with absolutely no customers there, just confuses me. Luckily Elijah did his job, above and beyond while apologizing for her even when he didn’t have to. The only reason why I didn’t give them a one star rating is because Elijah picked up her slack.

I’m a frequent customer at this location and everytime I come here I noticed that the staff is EASILYOVERWHELMED. It doesn’t matter if its just one or two customers, they get so overwhelmed with a single order and they seem very unorganized as to who should be at the register and who should be making drinks. Earlier today I went in for an orange juice, I was second in line and ended up waiting for 15min-20mins to get my OJ. There were three employees at the store, one of them was at the back coughing into her hands, she later came out and started making drinks without washing her hands… this really bothered me because she could easily get her co-workers and the customers sick. I like this location because the staff are very friendly and they make the drinks well, however they need to be more efficient with the service.

I have super mixed feelings about this place. More bad than good but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. After I gym, I seriously crave a smoothie for some reason and what do you know! Jamba juice is only a five minute drive! Except more times than not there’s SOMEKINDOFISSUE. I believe everytime I’ve come here the employees look like they don’t want to work or don’t want to talk. I thought customer service was an essential thing… but not here for some reason. Another time I came here they were taking CASHONLY. My friend and I had called before we got there and there was no mention of cash only over the phone. We discovered when we got to the front of the door. Like are you serious?! Another time, Unilocal wasn’t accurate and said they were closed at 5pm… which was funny because I had been there the week before at the same time so I was seriously confused. Well, my friend called at 9pm and guess what they didn’t pick up! And when I checked their hours today … oh WHATDOYOUKNOW… They’re open till 10 everyday except Sunday! I love jamba juice but I don’t know about this location! Flippin playing a betting game everything I come here. Doubt I’ll be dropping by here as much. –_–

Good customer service, but disappointed. Came in asked for my norm drink«Peach Pleasure» and they immediately started working on it(thumbs up) but then when they handed it to me I noticed it wasn’t my drink as peach pleasure is more of a yellow color they were handing me an orange drink. I decided to taste it to see if it was good and nope it wasn’t to my taste. The young lady remade my drink and again not the drink I usually order. I didn’t want to waste anymore of my time as I was running late so just took the drink. I will post a picture of the drink I got then later update to what it suppose to look like. Nothing alike :(and they taste completely different.

What better way to cool off and enjoy the labor day weekend than to enjoy BOGO Jamba Juice? I decided to come here along with everyone else in the world apparently! The line was about 10 – 15 people long but was moving at a good rate. The employees didn’t seem to be rude or stressed out with such a heavy flow of customers. I decided to go with my usual white gummy with an energy shot. It’s probably the only drink I like there to be honest. I’ve tried the mango ago ago? And other drinks but nothing really hits the spot like the white gummy! I would definitely come back here when I want my jamba fix.

I like this comer. It has Jamba Juice and Starbucks. It’s clean every time I come visit. The workers here are friendly too. Maybe it could add some more sitting?

Cheers to Good Service! Service: Came in on a Thursday morning and was greeted by the workers immediately after walking in. Since I have never gotten an acai bowl, I was just looking over the menu and the male cashier behind the counter began to apologize for making me wait. It was only like a minute or two before he actually helped so that was nice of him. Acai Bowl: I have had acai bowls at other places and unfortunately their version fell flat. 1. The consistency of the acai was super icy, it kind of tasted like a popsicle more than a breakfast item. 2. The acai base was not rich and creamy like other places. 3. There was a variety of toppings, but pretty small portions of each. BUT I was glad that the fruit was super sweet, fresh, and delicious! Love the drinks here, but the acai bowl is a no for me.

Strawberry surf ride: strawberries, peaches, lime and lemonade, sweet and tangy. Got it light too so there were fewer calories. The peanut butter chocolate with whey protein was good too. Real thick though. 2 small drinks were about $ 11… A bit pricey. Parking is good and service is friendly.

To advertise the new energy bowls, 50% off was provided through various coupon sites and even on Jamba Unilocal page. I’m a HUGE fan of acai bowls so you can imagine how excited I was to try this. I got in around 10:00am Saturday morning and ordered an medium acai berry bowl for about $ 6.29. The price is steep for what you get. Considering they are«cheaper» than most acai bowl places, their portions almost half the size so in the end, its better off getting the bigger one for $ 1-$ 2 more. They didn’t have blueberries on stock OR the almond toppings so I had to sub both. Considering it was a new item they were trying to advertise and the morning(time when its logical to get an acai bowl), it was surprisingly they didn’t have everything on stock. The guy who was ringing up was really nice about it and I don’t blame him for not having the items. he was just the middle man. As for taste, decent but a little too liquidy than the average acai bowl. I also had some frozen chunks of the acai in my bowl. Huge pro: great amount of fresh bannas.

Jamba Juice is my alternative doctor’s office visit. For the last ten years, I frequented Jamba Juice stores whenever there was a cold or fever. The naturally squeezed orange and carrot juice without ice always got me half way out of my sickness with its explosive vitamin C boost. The one thing I don’t understand is that most Jamba Juice stores were opened next to a Starbucks, including this one. Between the two choices, most people get lured into Starbucks instantly. Although, deep down, we all know that Jamba is the healthier choice. So naturally and sadly, when you walk into most Jamba Juice stores these days, you hardly have to wait in a line like the one in a Starbucks. Over the years my favorite drink has gone from $ 3 something to $ 6 for a large size. Considering it 100 times tastier than Robitussin or Tylenol, I have not complained. At the store today, the friendly girl told me that the carrot juice squeezers was broken and if I wanted any other fruited blended instead of the carrots. I picked mango for the first time and it was one of the best random choice I ever made. This orange /mango drink was so refreshing, sweet, with the right amount of texture from mango, it is a golden quencher of youth. Ahhhhh, the finest things in life are usually this simple, raw, full of goodies, and beautiful.
