Employee constantly sneezing over workspace & not washing his hands afterwards! Handling food & utensils, spreading germs & viruses! GROSS

This review is for pickup only. The staff were rude and very impatient. Not everyone who walks in to order a pizza know what type of pizza they want… The location is very small but it’s to be expected with a pickup only set up. The guy was very «matter of factly» and we didn’t like that.

Decided to give this Domino’s location another shot… worst mistake ever.
The food tasted great… after all of it finally arrived. On the first visit, the driver forgot 60% of my order… oops. On the second visit, he still forgot 20%…umm…
Tired of waiting for the delivery driver to leave and return, I said screw it. I was not about to sit here and deal with the drivers forgetfulness again. Losing that item and $ 5 bucks was better than hearing the excuses.
Again, I’ll be going back to Papa John’s, since this Domino’s location just can’t seem to redeem itself. Good luck with your future endeavors.
On a side note, it’s honestly a shame that you can’t rate zero stars…

Yes, I know it’s a chain, and I almost feel like saying, «what is the point,» but I’m really reviewing the new pizza tracker app. I love it! Just knowing that Tarek has checked my pizza for perfection or that Ebanezer is speeding his way toward me with my delicious extra cheese and mushroom pie fills me with a sense comfort.
The service was excellent, but when my pizza arrived that I discovered that I was that cracker thin variety. Guys, let’s at least try to imitate the good old New York Style. This puppy resembled something my grandmother might put out at a tea party or something.
Perhaps it was my fault; maybe I hit the wrong button on the online ordering form. However, whose ever fault it was doesn’t change the fact that my pizza was just ok. Oh, Pizza Gurus, I was looking forward to some pizza nostalgia, to recapture those chewy thin crust days of college. I’m sorry to say that this didn’t do it for me… Perhaps Dominoes should go back to just making regular pizzas and forget all the new variations?

Great service and well trained crew! 10 minute make times and properly spec pizzas. Order once a month and never had a bad experience. Will patronize again soon. Good coupon codes!

Went on a Saturday night. got 2 pies at $ 9.99 each. Monday-​Thursday a large pie is 8.99. each comes with 2 toppings. First pie was fresh mushrooms and spinach, 2^nd pie was sliced sausage and grilled chicken. the sliced sausage got mixed reviews from my family, with one of my kids picking it off completely. Since I don’t eat meat, i’m not sure how it tasted. The first pie was decent. Got a 2 Liter coke which was not economical at all. think it was 3.99 plus tax. but I asked for cups and they supplied us with reusable plastic cups, which was nice. I took my food to go, but while I waited the 15 minutes for it to be ready I waited in a cozy seating area.
If ever in the area again, I may just stop by and get a pie.

I’ve ordered from this Dominos a few times, I’ve mainly used the Dominos app to make my orders, never really had to call them as I’ve never had any issues. A total time of 25 minutes between placing the order online and the pizza being in my hands, that’s impressive speed.
So far, the pizza has been made perfectly, no issues, it’s delivered nice n hot. Quick service, fresh n hot food, I’m good, no problems. They usually have good deals, I get the 2 Medium 2 topping pizza’s for $ 11.98, sounds like a good deal to me.
I will continue to order from them.

My bro-​in-​law ordered from this location not too long ago and it was a pleasant enough experience for me as the poor sod who picked-​up the order.
We got two of the specialty pizzas, two of the ‘new’ chicken flavored whatchamacallit’s, a large two topping pepperoni and mushroom pizza, and a medium 4 cheese type pizza he ordered for his picky kids.
I had to stop off here to pick everything up and on the plus side I didn’t really wait long. The lads had everything ready and super hot, and smelling awesome. The negative is just the location: it’s on a funny junction on Richmond Hwy and like most of this stretch of road it can become downright frustrating to navigate through when there is traffic or when there are too many muppets on the road, or both.
The pizza was great but the chicken was overly salty, personally I’m not entirely sold on the product but then that day it was procured from the coffers of my bro-​in-​law so thanks to him.
At the end of the day it was great service from the staff there — very friendly and chatty. But for price, I’d be as happy as a pig in shite with a couple of $ 5 large pepperoni pies from Little Caesar’s instead.

I’ve always been satisfied with this location, using the app for delivery, until today. They got my order wrong and when I called them about it, they basically told me I was lying. Very disappointed. I don’t think I will order delivery from this location anymore.

The driver was so rude. I ordered two small pizzas and a sub. We order from them a lot, as we don’t have many choices… this driver did not like his top and made snide comments to me about how «generous» his tip was. He was nasty about it… Kept counting the bills and standing there. I was very upset. We already pay a delivery fee and tax. For his attitude, the tip was more than generous. I don’t plan to use them again, I would rather just not eat it. The chicken parm sub was awful! Don’t order it. The pan pizza was soggy and some was stuck to the box lid. But it was the rude driver that was worse!

So I have tried Domino’s pizza from multiple locations: from CA to NV to TX, and now, VA – in Alexandria. This place was the default location for my friend’s house. Anyways, the pizza was very good and the quality is way much better than the first time I ever tasted it – 2005. We had 2 pizzas and an order of wings. From the moment we input the order to the time the delivery guy ring our bell was roughly 20 to 25 mins.
Very quick service, delivery guy was polite, and the pizzas are as expected. Keep up the good work Domino :)

This is in regards to their POOR service to their loyal customers and to Dominos customer service center that was absolutely no help at all in resolving the matter. This is what happened: We have a family business close by to this location and have ordered from them for many years. We refer our customers to them and have never had any issues before with their service. The last time we had ordered food, we called THREE times to find out what was taking so long. All they said was the driver was on the way. Well he never showed up and we spoke to the supervisor — a nasty woman who said the driver claimed he showed up and no one was there. Funny how we were the entire time and did not see this delivery person but guess whose side the supervisor took? And you know what she said, that we can place another order. Really? We went through all of that and all you can do is tell us we can place another order? So we went with Papa Johns instead but I was so annoyed by them and especially since we’ve been ordering from them for years and decided to complain to Dominos customer service. At first they responded right away saying they will get in touch with the owner at that location and let her know about the incident. They said if she didn’t contact me within three days to let them know. Guess what? Have not heard from her and Dominos has not responded back to me. So thumbs down all around for poor customer service.
UPDATE —- Dominos did contact me back and apologized for the delay and for the way we were treated and sent us a certificate for two free pizzas. Guess what happened when I went to redeem it? Obviously we didn’t want to use the same location so we called in at the 799‑3030 location for pick up. I went there and surprise my order was never placed. Get it together Dominos.

Pizza has greatly improved with the new recipe. Nothing against Domino’s, but it is a little disappointing when you are better off choosing Domino’s over most local pizzerias, but that is the case in NOVA. We order from this location a few times a month, and the food has always been hot and freshly prepared. Ordering online is a cinch, and the delivery tracker is a nice addition. The food has always arrived before the provided delivery time frame, and the service is friendly and fast. We are fans of the cheesy bread and the cinnamon stick, along with the Brooklyn-​style pizza. Will continue to order from this location.
