I started here after being recommended to build strength by a physical therapist. Lucie’s workouts have helped me build strength and reduce pain. Success all around. Lucie is a complete professional with a holistic approach to fitness and strength. Equally important as all the other aspects of training is that our sessions are never boring, every time I’m there we do something different. She gets that keeping your mind interested is a big part of some people’s strength training/workout. Lucie is great — I cannot recommend her enough!

This is an update to my last review that Unilocal has felt a reason to filter(check it out down at the bottom). I am now training with Lucie at her home studio instead of the gym. I am doing shared hour long sessions with my husband twice a week and we both love it. Her studio is clean and very well stocked with equipment. Lucie knows her stuff and is an excellent trainer whatever your goals. Hella worth the money!!!

I have been working out steadily for years and needed a bump. Lucie has been fantastic. She has included exercises that use my home gym equipment. She has also provided me with workout routines and recipes that can be used on my iPhone and iPad. It has not been boring! Lucie continues to find new and varied exercises and has been the motivation I needed to stay interested in continuing a workout routine.

May of this year I began training Lucie. Lucie is a very experienced Trainer who is able to seemlessly shift between considerate encouragement and professional advancement of workouts at just the right time. I find that my workouts with Lucie are motivating and encouraging for me to continue to strive towards my health and weightloss goals as she takes my workouts to the next level. Lucie has an vast library of exercises, always changing things up while working targeted muscle groups. In addition to all that, she is a super nice person. I find every minute spend under her guidance inspires me to work harder and remain committed to living a healthy active lifestyle. Under Lucie’s training, I have lost over 30lbs, over 20 inches and the remants of my sciatic nerve problems are completely gone.

Lucie is a fantastic trainer. I have an ankle injury that prevents me from running or doing high-impact activities. When I train with her, she is able to adjust the activities for me to create a low-impact workout. She offers simple and effective nutritional advice. She focuses on good form. She rotates and includes new exercises frequently, but not so much that it’s confusing. She helps you build a library of exercises and to understand what it’s doing for you, and why you should do it. She’s also a very kind person and is fun to talk to. She is also honest when she tells me that training two times a week isn’t enough to lose weight. For that, she encourages me to do activities that differ from her training sessions. For example, doing cardio(low impact) in the morning, or going on bike rides. I’ve lost about 10% of my body weight since I started training. I’ve increased my strength massively. The fat is getting smaller, and the muscles are getting bigger.

I couldn’t recommend another trainer more highly. Lucie is flexible, and trains both my boyfriend and me at the same time. Even though we have different skill levels, she is able to accommodate us and work with us to improve. And best of all, I feel like I’m working out with a friend.

Lucie is a great trainer. She knows exactly how hard to work you, and she pushes you to your limit in a good way. I trained with her for a year and found her extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and fun.
