It’s been at least 3 months now since I’ve joined the HIIHRT classes and still enjoying it! Kellen is an awesome trainer, he definitely cares and wants the best for his clients. Classes are max 8 people which is perfect so he can keep an eye out on us and give us personal feedbacks. The most intense 45 minutes, different circuits every day, switches up monthly, and heart rate monitors helps you keep track of your progress. If you’ve never heard about HIIT, I recommend to YouTube it. I was oblivious my first time and it caught me totally off guard what I got myself into. Major kudos to Kellen and Ryan on always keeping me motivated and pushing me even though I’m exhausted within the first 15 minutes.

They now offer more yoga here at this studio. I am really loving the Early Sunrise yoga at 8am. It’s a great way to start your day, love the space, it’s bright, lots of Windows and fresh air as the patio doors are open. Teacher is awesome and detail oriented. 100% would I recommend this to anyone looking for a new yoga spot to practice.

alameda personal training delivers amazing results. Kellen is the best trainer. I do the small group HIIHRT training and it’s awesome. I’ve been training with Kellen for 4 months and I feel really good about my results. Kellen is very motivating, knowledge, and very personable. I have my daughter training with me and she’s only 10 years old and she loves working out with kellen. I recommend everyone to try alameda personal training.

Alameda Personal Training delivers amazing results! The trainers are very good at getting to know you working with you at meeting your goal. Kellen is a great trainer. After my first workout with him, I felt like I was going to throw up! His workouts are very intense, short and fat burning! He’s very encouraging, honest, and knows his stuff. I highly recommend him to help you accomplish your fitness goals.

Just got back from a 30 minute session with Kellen and feel like it was the perfect work out! Kellen met me at my level of fitness and encouraged me when it was getting tough. I am quite out of shape after a 4 month hiatus from exercising consistently. The workout today helped give me ideas for a home workout to do safely between training sessions and encouraged me to get started. Kellen is easy to be around and has a great demeanor for the novice or experienced fitness level.

This guy really knows how to make you sweat and work that butt off. Our workouts are usually half hour long but if there’s any energy left we can go to an hour. He makes me work every single second of it. We mostly use TRX and BOSU although sometimes all you need is your own body weight and you’ll be good to go. If you’re serious about getting in shape and staying fit and healthy I highly recommend Kellen. He knows his stuff and he is very dedicated to his work. You’ll see results in no time!
