Etxeko Jana

Probably this is the best seafood restaurant I’ve ever eaten in Spain! Es buenisimo!!! This restaurant used to be called «Yandiola» when I went there, but it seems that it’s been changed to Etxeko Jana instead. My friend and I walked into this chic restaurant not too far from the Guggenheim without knowing what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised by how every single dish was so beautifully cooked to perfection!!! FENOMENAL!!! I especially enjoyed the lobster risotto, it was unforgettably delicious!!! The restaurant was empty that day when we went, so the owner-​chef Ricardo Perez himself came to greet us! I doubt he remembers me but it definitely made my visit more memorable. After googling him, I found out that he’s a big deal in the Spanish culinary world, and has won national prize for his fish dishes. No wonder everything was darn tasty!!! Oh man I wish I could go back but it’s just too far! :-(

Restaurante situado en buena zona de Bilbao.
Lugar elegante y un tanto lujoso. Ambiente relajado.
La comida está buenísima, buena presentación tanto en las mesas como en sus platos.
Ideal para ir con tu pareja o alguna comida de negocios.
El servicio muy agradable y atento.
El precio es medio-​alto, hay platos de todos los precios. Vale la pena.Recomendable.
