Umbria Coffee

Used to come here all the time when I lived in the area but recently came back after my move to richmond and was surprised by the horrible service I received. Newer barista with long brown hair was so rude to me I asked the price of a drink and she gave me a seemingly racist remark about being asian. Whether she was having a bad day or not I was offended and she also made my drink wrong twice. ! Never coming again. You guys lost a regular.

I’ve had their bean before which isn’t too bad for what it is. Not mind blowing coffee, however, nothing to sneeze at either in terms of selection. I am satisfied with what I got as it was a grab and go situation. Very friendly customer service.

I pass by here on my walk to work all the time, however, haven’t been in here since the Starbucks in the same location closed down. I was running late and wanted a treat for work this week and saw their was no line up through the window. My eyes immediately gravitated towards the pumpkin chocolate muffin, looked so tasty with drizzled chocolate on top. The taste even better, the best pumpkin muffin I’ve ever had! So tasty I’ve been back every day this week. I also tried their chocolate bundt cake, wow, the piece of cake they give you is massive, seriously I’ve never been served a piece of cake that big in a coffee shop before, I could only eat half and saved the rest for later, it was so tasty as well. And it was only $ 1.95 for that huge piece. Enjoyed their coffee as well, had a drip and a latte so far, much better taste than the Starbucks that was their before.

Located in North Tower of Wall Center, this coffee place is open 24 hours.

I was staying here, wanting something sweet, I ordered a cookie here. White chocolate & macadamia nut. The girl, who barely spoke English, insisted on warming it up

It wasn’t — it was just nasty !
I spit it out and threw the rest away .
Not much selection here, haven’t tried anything else. Most likely won’t.
