Very surprised how this store can survive the high rents, considering no office clientele either but hey, it’s Yaletown. A good-size store, and virtually no wait times when I’ve been here to pay my bill. Their hours do suck as they close at 6pm nightly.

I am a resident of the Yaletown area of Vancouver and it hasn’t been easy dealing with the local Rogers in the past but I was in there today and the staff there are amazing! The 2 employees seemed like seasoned pros and had my best interests in mind. I can’t express how happy I am that there is a store downtown that isn’t in a mall full of teenagers that I can go to and get the service that I need and the expert advice that everyone could benefit from. Thanks Rogers, I hate paying my bill but I love dealing with your stafff

Rogers service is crappy, lots of loopholes in the contracts so you’re always paying extra stuff. Overall my bills have been approx twice as much as they should(and were when I was with Bell). Looking forward for contract to end and move back to Bell.

I went in to upgrade to the iPhone 4 and the girls here were very nice. I got my phone right away and we were set up and out the door very quickly. It’s hard to make a Rogers store very interesting but they were engaging and funny people. I’ll definitely go back if I need to buy any accessories or deal with my existing plan.
