Had an expensive carving on reserve. Sold by owner of the gallery while our salesperson was off for 2 days and despite fact we had previous purchase history with this gallery. The owner never even returned our call to confirm we were buying the piece and our call after she had sold the piece out from under us. POOR or NO business ethics. Will NOT do business here again. Excellent gallery and great customer service. The online purchase went quite smoothly.

This is such a fun place to browse through. I suppose it is a tourist spot, but I enjoy looking at the items. Growing up quite a bit south, totem poles were just items in old history books. So I find their presence here meaningful and incredibly artistic. The staff here is friendly, but also allows you browse in peace. Prices are high, as one expects in a gallery, and further in a gallery aimed at tourists.

There are two locations for this gallery and they’re both stunning. I like this one because it’s in the tourist hub and it feels more authentic and touristy I guess. The high ceilings, bright lights and cedar floors are incredible. It’s a gallery more than a shop and I would recommend just going for 20 minutes on your lunch hour and perusing the beautiful pieces. From masks to Totem poles to books and glass work, it’s the perfect place to pick up a gift to your boss or get that very special house warming gift.
