Nails Envy Spa

I gave Nails Envy a try (before checking their Unilocal Page, I might add) because their sign outside boasts $ 21 Pedicures on Mondays.
I showed up a few minutes before opening (10am) and waited outside with another couple ladies. At 10:10 the doors finally opened… A late opening is irritating, but sometimes understandable. The lady invites us (we were 3 in total) to pick a polish and then sit down. She sets us all up in a massage chair w/​foot pool.
Complaint #1– My water was barely warm.
But, I’m a nice lady and I don’t want to make a fuss… so I sit and do not complain. Technician #1 begins working on another of the patron’s feet and says that her «coworker will be right with me». No problem.
I wait.. .. and a I wait. .. and I wait.…
Her coworker, Technician #2, comes out 20 minutes later and starts working on the OTHER patron. I continue to wait. Nobody has said a word to me in 20 minutes. I am sitting here, my feet now in ice-​cold water, wondering if I should get up and splish-​splash my way out the door. Just as I am texting my girlfriend for her advice, Technician #1 finishes the pedicure she was giving and slides over to me. It has, no joke, been 30 minutes since I sat down. THIRTY MINUTES!
I understand that a technician can only work on one customer at a time. I GET it. But if you have more clients than you do staff, you need to communicate that with the client. You need to say, «I’m sorry. It’ll be half an hour. Would you like to come back? Could I get you some tea or a magazine?». You don’t seat them, lie to their face about someone being ‘right with them’, and then proceed to pretend like they don’t exist for the next half hour.
Terrible customer service. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!
And the worst part? When she DID finally start with my pedicure, she wasn’t even friendly. I was treated like I was no more than an early morning inconvenience.
I won’t be back. From now on, I will happily pay $ 40 for a pedicure from a salon that takes a little bit of pride in their work and customer relations.

Had the worst mani of my life from here last weekend. The shape was terrible and when I looked and siad my nails were different lenght it was my fault… I went to get my nails cleaned up I thought that is what they are for, guess I was wrong??? The polish lasted 2 days before chipping.
I would not recommend thi place to anyone who cares what they spend their $$ on!

I have been looking for a good hair stylish for awhile, and ones of my my friend sugguested me to this Nails Envy Spa. I really like my victoria beckham hair style. It’s not easy to get this style right because I like it evenly at the back not too choppy. So thanks Kim for a beautiful hair cut and I got few compliments about my hair. Awsome job! I will come back again.
