Balsam Dental Centre

Balsam Dental Centre and Dr. Kim is fantastic! I like that they are open early so that I can get in an appointment right before work. I took my then 1.5 year old daughter for her first visit, and although she wasn’t very cooperative, Dr. Kim was very patient with her and she loved the prize she got to choose after. She’s great with kids and even better with adults! My routine check-​up and cleaning was great and everyone at her office, including Dr. Kim is very personable and a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend for adults and kids!

Dr. Kim is wonderful with my kids– they are all very friendly and my kids actually ask me when their next visit will be. They put them at ease, offer the usual important kid-​friendly stuff (television on the ceiling, treasure box prizes, etc.) and know what they are doing with their teeth. If I didn’t have such a good relationship with my own dentist for over 25 years, I would definitely switch to the BDC too!

I would definitely recommend Balsam Dental Centre. The office is so bright and welcoming and the staff are excellent. At my most recent visit, it went by in a flash, as I was nicely entertained by watching Dr. Oz on the TV screens while getting my teeth cleaned. My 3.5 year old son loved his visit with Dr. Mina Kim as she made it really fun for him and explained everything to him… he definitely liked getting the kid surprises at the end too! But the best part is that since seeing her, my son has been so diligent about brushing his teeth every night and even says to me «mamma, don’t forget to brush my gum line». My 1.5 year old daughter also really enjoyed her appointment. This dental centre is the perfect one for the whole family!
