Awful service.
I went in today and asked a simple question as to whether or not they did stain removal. The defensively asked what i meant; the one gent looked at my clothes and declared them all beyond repair. This may be true but a simple «no» would have sufficed instead of the huffy attitude. I smiled and took back my stained clothes.
I decided to leave a few woman’s jackets with them for simple dry cleaning. The woman looked over my jacket and asked if I ever had it dry cleaned, I replied «no» (its a fairly new jacket) and she replied with «i didn’t think so.»
Why the abrasive service? I regret deciding to leave a few garments with them. I’m not asking them to do me a favour nor questioned their abilities, I simply asked if it was a service they offered.

The best cleaning service in the city. They do the work in house unlike many cleaners that send off site to large factory facilities that have no connection with the store. The prices are ¼ the cost of Creeds for similar quality. Also they are very nice people. I drive all the way from Leslieville. You must go there! Really, it’s worth the drive.

The best dry cleaners are always places that do the work on location. I had asked my custom tailor, one of the best designers in Toronto, who I should go to for great dry cleaning services. He told me about Victory. I have been coming here for over a year now and the quality of the service has been awesome.
