This place is okay if you are a student and don’t expect much. Bought a dinner/​comedy night package. The menu is limited, and to be kind, tastes like it’s cooked by your friends little brother (who has no clue). Curry tasted burnt and had not flavour otherwise. Pasta sauce was very oily. Bruschetta was extremely garlicky. Toast was burnt. Etc.
The comedy was okayish. More like some funny friends sitting around this little room telling jokes. It was pitiful.
On the plus side, the host and waitress was really friendly and did try very hard.

Bands playing in a cage. Sounds like a great idea, right?
There are some unfortunate problems with the setup. The cage is a full metal fence which is about 7 – 8 feet high. Unfortunately, most of the lighting is aimed through the fence, so it is very hard to see what the band is doing.
The fence also serves as a physical barrier between the crowd and the band, which inhibits audience interactions.
So, the cage itself counteracts the advantages of seeing a band live. There must be a better way.
Unfortunately, the sound mixing was very problematic as well, and could not be fixed despite repeated efforts by the bands which played.

This place has free pool, two wild rooms, sometimes even free buffet and is versatile enough to transition one night from bumping house beats to rocking out to full live bands the next. Amazing venue, And the staff are all babes.

Well, was in town last few weeks and headed to the Cage 292 College street saw 3 rock bands on a Thursday, the room is clean and cool, and the sound is really good with great visuals of the caged in big stage… A real cool out pool room with drapped cubicles in the back for extra private parties! A upstairs smoking lounge so you don’t have to walk down and smoke on College Street. The cage cheap drinks, DJ and Rock’n Roll Bar… Funkfest this April. I think I met the owner who is real and honest and hospitable.
