I bought some deal coupons to have facial and leg laser vein treatments here, and boy do I regret it. Bottom line, they don’t seem to know what they’re doing, made my problem worse instead of better, and will try to milk you for money. Here’s a detailed description of my experience: 1) Arrived for the first visit and was kept waiting 1.5 hours. 2) Was given a long lecture about how each voucher I’d bought was to treat only one vein, but that what I thought of as one vein was in fact at least a dozen different ones. 3) They then«generously» offered to treat double the number of veins that I’d paid for, which would cover(what looked to me like) two tiny veins. Or I could pay more to have a larger area treated. For a «bargain» price of about $ 600(on top of the vouchers), I could have both cheeks done — once. I’d need at least two treatments, and they’d give me the same«deal» the next time. 4) I opted not to take the bargain deal, and instead just have the two facial veins treated, using up all 8 of my vouchers(which were for 2 treatments each). I thought I’d see if it actually worked before committing to anything else. 5) The two tiny veins became much worse, and several new ones appeared directly adjacent. I was told that this would go away. 1 month later, it hadn’t. I went back to the clinic, and was told to wait another two weeks. 2 weeks later, there was still no improvement, but when I showed up for the next assessment I was told I’d have to wait at least 30 mins, so I left and never went back. 6) I called a few dermatologists’ offices and found out that having both the cheeks and nose treated generally costs $ 250, and they usually only require one treatment. I chose The Vein Institute of Toronto, and had a treatment today. Will follow up once I see how it turns out!

This place isn’t great. Went to do an IPL and they did not take the time to do my whole face. Just the nose and cheek. Was done in 5 minutes. I didn’t like the fact I had to ask them to do certain parts of my face because they forgot, and then they still forgot to do the rest of my face. I definitely would not go back. Also when I booked my appointment the first time they said I can do my consultation and treatment on the same day. When I went they said I can not do my treatment on the same day because of policy, so I wasted my time driving there again to do the treatment. I had a living social deal coupon so of course I would have to go back and use my deal. I think they didn’t want to do the session because I said I forgot to bring my wallet to pay for the 16 dollars taxes, which i didn’t know you had to pay for living livingsocialdeals coupon. They didn’t give a receipt for that so I think that is scam to get extra money off people. Anyhow, I booked an appointment for my mom(I bought the deal for her too) and she was able to do consultation and treatment on the same day. Ha, caught their stupid lie. It as the owner that lied too. The old lady, forgot her name. Anyhow, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Completely Unprofessional and Downright Rude. Would NEVER go back even though I’ve prepaid. Isabella and the staff at IMD have been absoutely inflexible and completely rude through my entire experience there. I bought a Teambuy voucher for laser hair removal and have been jumping through hoops to get any treatments at all since July. First they told me I couldn’t book an evening appointment because I was a tTambuy customer; then, when I complained to Teambuy the begrudgingly gave me an evening appointment. Every session they spend more time trying to upsell me since I ‘didn’t really pay’ for the services, and they threaten me constantly with the 48-hour cancellation policy. Moreover, the technican barely spends any time with me, blares her music the entire time, and I’ve seen no change after four sessions. So consider this fair warning: DONOT use this clinic.

Well I bought my vouchers through DealGetters and I have to say I was not impressed when I walked through the door. The first thing I thought was this doesn’t look like the place I would like to get laser hair removal from but I decided to let it go. Next, I was dealing with Isabelle’s husband who was asking me where I wanted treated and then proceeded to tell me I couldn’t use the 3 vouchers I bought on the one area which, by the way, is not on the fine print of the ticket. Despite the fact that I wanted to get other areas lasered, and the fact that it wasn’t actually on the fine print he wouldn’t budge and proceeded to tell me that DealGetters were the one that made the mistake. I let that go too. I was then directed to the room where the actual laser would take place but stopped and asked to pay the taxes(which was in the fine print) before my treatment. By this point I had had enough. I have never been asked to pay for a service, even if it was just the taxes, before I actually received it. All and all I was not impressed with their customer service.
