Continuum wellness was truly my place to heal and relax. The naturopathic treatment and massages were perfect each and every time. In walking distance from my home didn’t hurt but with so many shops and restaurants near by it was just a great afternoon or morning when you looped it all in with Continuum.

I just had an amazing treatment at Continuum and really wanted to share. I have had a really freaky tweaky back for the past few days and called the amazing therapists to see if anyone could squeeze me in after work today. They were able to book me for a 45minute massage with Jessica at 7:15pm. I love that they have such extended hours.
Jessica was great, asking a lot of questions to truly understand my pain and issues and then went to town. The work was deep and not especially relaxing, but I already feel much better. I’ve worked in five-​star hotel spas and Jessica’s work is on par with the therapists I’ve had there.
We chatted during my treatment today as my focus was more on therapeutics than relaxation, but she was sure to ask me if I preferred a silent treatment.
I wholeheartedly recommend Continuum specifically Jessica’s work!
