Incredibly rude staff! I called multiple times, from different phones/​phone lines and the woman kept saying «wha…» «What?» I finally raised my voice loudly and said «I want to book an appointment» at which time the rude woman yelled at me at the top of her lungs. I emailed tried emailing to book the appointment to which I received no response.
Its not often that a business losses customers before they even walk through the doors — but if they care that little about customer service when you are trying to make an appointment you can only imagine the treatment you would receive if you actually went.
I picked this place based on positive reviews — however note that most of the reviews are 3+ years ago and are definitely no longer true.

Top notch tanning beds! I use the UVA cabin, and get a dark tan in just a couple of sessions. I referred friends, and now they’re addicted too lol Also, the owner knows her products and can order any tanning creams I want. GTL baby!

Great location, prices, staff and facilities. I’ve been coming here for years and they have recently upgraded and the place, especially the washroom, looks great. Nicely priced packages for the time you get.

INCREDIBLE.
The prices are relatively moderate. The lady who works there is VERY friendly and professional. She is interested in your safety and takes her time helping you out. She tells you the harms of the beds, and gets you to fill out a questionnaire to determine what type of skin you have. She stresses the importance of the goggles and shows you how the machines work and what to do, even if you’re not new. She is great and very honest!
The rooms are very spacious and have a towel and a cleaning solvent that you can use which I love! The beds are great, especially the UVA bed which emits no harmful UVB rays.
