I tried calling to find out if they had a particular top in stock as I wanted to exchange it for a different size(got one for Christmas). It would either go straight to voicemail or would ring and then go to voicemail. I left a message as it said they would get back to me within 24 hours. I decided to just bite the bullet and drive to westboro that day(i live deep in the west end of town) and i got zero help when i walked in the store but was able to find it on my own. I exchanged the top(with a cashier who looked at me like I was giving her a lecture on quantum physics… zero interest) and went on my way. I still have yet to receive a call back in regards to whether it was in stock and it’s been 96 hours now hahah I love lulu products so ill probably just order it online from now on…

Just made my first purchase and it was from its store. The staff were amazing abd there was such a good vibe, they all really seemed to enjoy working there. I love my pants. Can you say Om. Best purchase great experience

Store layout is very nice. The guy who greeted us was very friendly though not wearing Lulu clothing and no name tag which was odd for us to find a staff member. When we asked to speak to the manager about a positive opportunity as our businesses have corporate partnerships we were treated extremely poorly by the day manager. I believe her name was Katie. She was snippy and rude and I was quite taken aback when all I was there to do was introduce myself and shop. Hmmmm. Not impressed.

This store is much more spacious than the Rideau Centre one and has a way better sale rack. Avoid like the plague on Saturday & Sunday days, but evenings are great. Their clothing is very high quality and if anything goes wrong with it the customer service is very good. They will also hem your pants for free, even if you have had them for years.
