Their products are always good. Decent price and good quality. However, their service is always very bad and they’re very unfriendly. Have been there multiple times yet I always end up having an unpleasant feeling when walking out of the store.

Disclaimer: I am not a professional figure skater. I know nothing about brands or equipment. I just go skating often enough in the winter to the point where it becomes more economical to buy a pair of skates than to keep renting them from rinks. PRICING — — — — Bought a pair from here 2 years ago for $ 160 that have held up well. I recently went in with a pair of old skates that had been given to me by a friend, to get the sides stretched out(I have wide feet) and to get the blades sharpened. Boot stretching was free of charge, and I got my blades sharpened in 5 minutes for $ 9. They say they will repurchase skates in good condition for about 30% of the price you bought them at. SERVICE — — — — – Service felt a little disorganized — there were about 3 – 4 different families in the store being served by 2 – 3 people around Christmas, and at times we weren’t sure whether we were supposed to keep waiting or if they had forgotten about us. With the exception of one guy and the manager, the staff looked very young so you just have to be a little more proactive about getting their attention and reminding them that you’ve been sitting there. That said, the service itself once they get to you is great. I never felt rushed or pressured into a purchase — the reason why the wait is so long is because they actually take the time to make sure you’re satisfied with every aspect of your purchase. They were very patient and attentive with my multiple requests to have different parts of the boots stretched out. They were never rude or pushy with the other families there, despite the language barriers(alot of the customers are immigrant families) and the kids making lots of requests to try different things. VERDICT — — — — - Overall, a great place for anything skating-related that you could want. Good patient service. Will definitely go back for anything else I need.

Great service fitting skates for my girls. Good selection of clothing and accessories. Couldn’t find the size for some clothing we were looking for(5 year old) but otherwise, positive experience. Plus, where else could you buy this stuff???

I wanted to give no star but it was not possible so I am giving one star. I went to the boutique to buy a pair of skates for my daughter. Very unhappy with their services. They first convinced that an old pair was a better option. They charged $ 90 for a pair that my daughter’s coach was shocked for its lacking quality. My daughter was not even able to put her foot steady on the ice with that pair. When I returned to the shop, they measured my daughter’s feet again and recommended a pair sized 2.5 for my daughter whose shoe size is 1. She is skating at an intermediate level doing lots of turns and spins. How could it be even possible??? Even I, who have no training in fitting skating boots, know that you don’t oversize your boots when you are choosing a pair of boots. They were unprofessional. I would never return to the shop.

This is where I buy my figure skating supplies. This store never lacked what I was looking for. You can even find glitters, skate cleaners and so on and such. Jackson, Sp Teri, Risport, GAM and many more brands are available. For beginners I recommend Riedell. Blade sharpening and blade change are offered too, which the specialists do good job at. Accessories such as pads, tights, blade guards, so on and such are priced well and the brands availale are good quality.
