Genuinely happy with the level of service of this property management company. Called twice this week and was able to get ahold of someone both times to help with my questions.

Does not respond at all to major issues within a condominium building managed by this company. Have been waiting for over 6 months to have repairs done to our unit from a flood caused by improper grading and drainage/​eavestroughing from above, in our ground floor unit. No calls/​no emails/​no results. We are now pursuing legal action due to this incompetence/​neglect. We have also contacted AB Health Services to look into the environmental health issues this situation is creating, but they only look after non privately owned dwellings, so homeowners are out of luck.
