I’ve been going to the West Lakes Medical Centre ever since I was a little kid. I’ve never gone to the dental section so I can’t comment on that, but I am experienced when it comes to visiting the doctor.
I’ve seen all the doctors here at least a few times for different reasons, and they’ve all been nothing short of great. The customer service is also very much appreciated. For as long as I can remember it’s always been the same lady working at the reception desk and she’s always been friendly and helpful, and she even recognises me when I call and book an appointment over the phone. What a memory!
I rate this medical centre with two thumbs up!
