Their bubble tea is quite amazing, especially the lychee black tea with lychee jelly. Staff is also friendly! Highly recommend if in need of refreshments.

This is currently my favourite suburban bubble tea restaurant, complete with a Taiwanese dessert store called ‘Taro’ in the back. Located right near Curtin University, this store always has bubble tea afficionados lined up to purchase their preferred selection from a very extensive menu. The worst part about visiting here is making a decision!
The music can be a little loud but, if you watch Pop Asia on SBS (as I do!), you’ll be happy with the tunes that help to while away the five minutes wait. Be warned, it can get busy so sometimes the wait is a bit longer.
My recommendation: Earl Grey milk tea with pearl. Chatime is the only bubble tea store I’ve found that serves Earl Grey tea and I love it. Give it a try!
