A great pre-movie treat is churros and a hot drink! We decided to go for the fruit option with the churros which was a delicious and healthy option to give you a break from the rich sugar overdoes that the food here can induce in you. I also changed up my usual order of white chocolate for caramel dipping sauce which was a extremely delicious find. A great catch up spot. I will be back again.

I’ve had the biggest serving of chocolate cake in my life at San Churro Fremantle. I’ve had the San Churro Chocolate Cake twice from here now and it is truly a delicious treat, but a massive portion… Better on your waistline to share I think! I’ve visited this outlet with a few other diners on separate occasions and they have all enjoyed the hot chocolate and Churros here very much, and we’ve also encountered a couple of lovely members of staff. I do have criticism though with the dining area. It’s off putting. It’s tired looks scruffy & unclean, its not very well laid out and is even more unpleasant towards the back of the dining area. There is one toilet which is through an untidy corridor and you can imagine what state the restroom is in. :( So fantastic Chocolate & Churros here, a lovely treat! But the old and tired décor doesn’t enhance the experience it felt oppressive to eat in here.

This would fit right in nicely in Spain. Decent churros — needed a bit more cinnamon but great hot chocolate with chile of course! Also the best latte I’ve had in Western Australia. Nice break from shopping.

Has the same product range as other San Churros but this store is dirty and the service is sloppy. Had to sit down at a messy table and after 10 minutes had to go and ask them to clean the table, also had to wait to be served at the counter for 5 minutes. If you want the san churro experience go to a different one!

I do not get the hype with this place! The churros taste of the oil they are fried in, the ambience is terrible(not much acoustics) and the hot chocolates are sickening. I have 1 star for a chocolate truffle I had. It was good, but doubtfully made on site. The staff were ok but it’s a franchise or chain so I expect nothing. So they can have the other star. I will never eat at this one or any of it’s brothers or sisters again that is for sure.

Never I thought I would find a legit churro in Australia. I mean I hail from California and some people even mess that up here! I highly recommend this place for a legit churro. AUSTRALIATHISIS A LEGITCHURRO! Disclaimer: I was extremely intoxicated jk

Most people in Fremantle have suffered a similar fate to the one I did when I came here, simply looking for a nice hot chocolate to warm myself with. San Churro’s idea of hot chocolate is a thick, creamy goop that is as delicious as it is fattening. Which is to say, I was pleasantly surprised by the fatty, delicious goodness that was placed before me. Be warned: the chilli hot chocolate is rather mouth destroying for chilli novices. It’s usually very noisy in here, so it’s not a great place to meet for conversation, but if you’re looking for somewhere to stop for a novel snack after a movie, this is great. It can take a while to get served and then things can take a while to come out, so don’t pop in if you’re in a rush, but if you are chilling out it can be an enjoyably indulgent way to while away an hour.
