Probably some of the best Vietnamese food I have had in Australia. Very reasonably priced and a good selection of food. Salt and Pepper soft shell crab and calamari is awesome.

I went here for lunch. The lunch menu is much smaller than the regular menu. For example no vietnamese pancake. In fact most of the lunch appears to be Thai or Chinese. You get a free soft drink with lunch. People who run the restaurant are very nice. I had chicken Phở. Broth tastes strongly of anise without the beef broth flavour I would expect. Noodles are very thick and very soft. Not the thin type vermicelli. Chicken was also extremely soft. Since I don’t like extremely soft noodles and meat, the meal was rather disappointing. I don’t recommend coming here for phở. Since the phở isn’t up to my standards, I doubt I will be back

I went here for the first time tonight and I love it! I recently came back from backpacking SE Asia and ever since I’ve been home I’ve had a craving for Vietnamese food. This restaurant filled all those cravings. Of the dishes I had(rice paper rolls and Vietnamese pancake) I could not fault any of them. They tasted just like those that I was eating in Vietnam a couple of months ago. Although the restaurant also does Chinese, Mongolian and Thai food, as its name suggests, its specialty is Vietnamese cuisine. The interior of the restaurant isn’t the most modern, but for me that’s not a problem at all. The place is clean, the staff(who are actually the family who own the restaurant) are lovely, and the food is so reasonably priced! My huge Vietnamese pancake was only $ 11 — on Glebe Point Road you’d pay between $ 18 – 20 for the same thing. And it was delicious! I’ll definitely be coming back for more and to sample the rest of their menu!
