Klaragrillen is just a little on the street walk up food stand serving korv which is a regional sausage which comes with varying forms of ingredients but most typically consists of 2/3rds potatoes, 1⁄3 meat(half beef, half unseasoned pork), onion, salt and pepper. Variations on it are traditional at Christmas in Värmland and Småland. Klaragrillen serves it up in a bun with mustard much like the Americans serve up hot dogs at baseball parks. I’m and avid korv eater and fan of it. The korv I had a Klaragrillen was good, but to me rather unremarkable in texture though it had a decent flavor.
