A small convivial restaurant where the staff seemed to know most of the customers by name (always a good sign IMO). A great place to try smørrebrød, and the cloudberry cheesecake is pretty good too.
I went in the evening but they offer a special weekday lunchtimes and have a takeaway next door. I also noticed a takeaway branch in the Central Station, so they must be expanding.
Not cheap, but where in Stockholm is?
