The Spice Hut is located in the Malshallswick Quadrant of St. Albans about 50 minutes walk north from the city centre. Free Parking can be found in the large Quadrant car park. The restaurant interior is a mimimalist and square shaped. The staff are friendly and welcoming but be prepared to wait for your food. The take away service, in contrast, comes very quickly. The menu offers traditional Indian fayre, I would recommend the Butter Chicken. The drinks are typical of an Indian Restaurant, including Kingfisher and Cobra. The price of food and drink is very reasonable compared to some similiar restaurants in St. Albans. I would recommend the Spice Hut for it locality, good and reasonably priced food and parking.
