Had lunch here today with a group of work colleagues celebrating a birthday. Lunch deal — mains from £5.95 plus add a starter or dessert for an extra £2.50. I had the garlic and cheese mushrooms which was a tasty starter, served with garlic ciabatta to mop up the sauce. My main was the penne arrabiata which comes served with your choice of salad or fries. The menu said the pasta was a ‘lunch sized portion’ but it was really what I’d consider a full portion! The sauce was bland but I had expected as much. The waiting staff looked after us well and helped us with the birthday embarrassment — cueing up the music and leading ‘Happy Birthday’ as the cake was brought out. I wouldn’t normally eat here but it was fine for a work lunch.

Always quite so can get a seat. Sometimes some of the staff can be a bit funny but most times are helpful

Paisley’s missing so many things, not least a secular venture that’s open early on Sunday so 2 breakfast mains for a tenner and an optional extra of free refills on your hot drinks works for me as does the decent selection of brekkie dishes on offer. I’ve done breakfast here a few times and it’s never disappointed. The service in the main is better than it need be and the scran isn’t too shabby. Anything I’ve gone for has been a good sized portion and is prepared the way we asked. I wouldn’t say it’s anything spectacular but it’s hard to fault it for being just fine. A good job too it’s up to scratch breakfast wise because as far as I’m aware it’s the only show in town on the sabbath in the midden.

The staff in here are not good they neeed training the blonde girl who served us was rubbish didnt ask if we were enjoying our meal .I also asled for ketchup she then banged it down on the table. Silly little school girl staff. Food was ok starters were more enjoyable. I would say ore better staff needed and fast . The chefs are not bad though as food was good. Only one bad point for chefs, My chicken had black grill bits on it as thought the grill wasnt clean.

I am not sure who this restaurant is for. Those who seek sofas or hammers in the nearby DFS or B&Q can quickly nip in here to have a fake Italian diner experience. There is nothing wrong with going to a chain, but they lay it on a little heavy here. Old photos of Mediterranean guys stuffing massive amounts of Spaghetti into their mouths, it can tick you off after a while. The food is fine. Nothing spectacular. Italian type food, modelled by a european corporation, plated in a centralised food production facilty and then reheated by Poles. If this is the dining experience you are after — this is the place for you. «Hey honey, lets go out for a reheated plate experience» It may take your mind off not getting your sofa for 3 months.

This is one of my favourite Frankie and Benny’s because it is always nice and quiet and you don’t have to worry about it being busy and getting bad service. Located in Abbotsinch Industrial Estate it is pretty handy if your out and B&Q, Comet etc and feel like some food before heading home. The food is always great and there is a good varied menu so plenty to choose from. Staff are very nice, quick to serve you and get your bill when you have finished your meal. Prices are pretty average for an American Diner type restaurant.
