My first visit to Walkabout, for a networking event. It didn’t seem an obvious venue for a business function, but actually it worked really well. There was a really relaxed, fun atmosphere and the manager Dawn made sure that everyone was happy — gave us 50% off vouchers for the food too!
They had a good drinks selection and live music later in the evening. Towards the end of the night, we grabbed a booth and ordered some food — a good selection of burgers, salads and pub grub to choose from. Good portion sizes and the food was really tasty, reasonable prices too without the discount.
This would be a good spot for a casual drink and bite to eat with friends.

I haven’t been in the printworks for a while but went in this weekend and seen walkabout it looked nice inside, it wasn’t to bad either for a Saturday. There January offer got us in really 50% off selected drinks what a bargain on a Saturday £2 for a vodka and coke and £2 for a jack Daniels and coke great value and we’ll made drinks.
I would definitely go back nice atmosphere, nice décor and reasonable priced can’t ask for more.
