I’ve always had a pleasant experience at this little coffee shop tucked away adjacent to picadilly gardens. Its a great place to meet people coming into Manchester as its so close to all the transport services. The building is a simple rectangle with all the basics you would expect from a modern coffee shop. I personally just wish there was more options for people with dietary requirements which seems often lacking. Starbucks cant of missed the current health movement the world is entangled with and it would be nice to have more of those kind of options available especially the food. That said credit so the fairtrade options available and a good range of options overall for the average consumer. Lastly I just want to mention the unique staff mentality that always impressed me having worked similar jobs. Its very hard to deal with the demanding public and yet staff here are often very upbeat and kind hearted. A relaxed atmosphere, decent décor and free wifi make this an easy recommendation for me.

Japanese bench style seating, unfortunately no it’s not wagamamas its Starbucks so no more comfy chairs which is a shame, but friendly staff who seem to be quite quick at service ! I also found it a little cold inside but that could have been me perhaps!!! Toilets are on a coded door just ask the staff for the code!

This is a nice Starbucks store in Piccadily, it is in some sort of shopping centre — well, something like that, it just has a shop or two in and is in another building like a shopping centre, the entrance has automatic doors and is in central Piccadilly near where a large amount of buses are based I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte, it come to £3.30, with a 25p discount for bringing my own cup. I didn’t go to the CityLabs branch because 3 visits out of 4, I have had a cold beverage but here it was a nice tempreature and a nice drink. I was delighted to get a Pumpkin Spice Latte too, with many City centre branches having already ran out until Autumn 2015. The staff who served me was nice and my drink was brought quite quickly. This is quite a nice store, compared to other City centre branches, it is not particularly large but still has nice seating with charging sockets on the wall and overall, it is a nice store, like I said with automatic doors, which makes it feel more opening and welcoming. This is a very nice store, selling good quallity coffee for Good value, the staff are nice and the location is good too, hence I feel 4 stars is a nice rating for this store.

Usual starbucks standard but since a semi-recent revamp they have no comfy chairs and more hard seating and bench type seating… Bad bad move in my opinion. This is the reason I give 3 stars.

This is in a bit of a weird place but I come here quite often as it’s really handy for work. The environment is a bit strange and you can get some oddness in there occasionally, But the staff are always really nice(and pretty speedy) and in terms of taste of the coffee itself it’s one of the better ones in the city centre.

I kinda like this Starbucks though its in a not so desirable area unfortunately, Though the shop is great with nice bench seating which i like and the staff are awesome too! Coffees are good and reasonably priced at Starbucks fare, Its a nice place to grab a Frappuchino or a latte whilst people watching in Piccadilly Gardens on a nice day or if youre in a rush or just getting off a bus at Piccadilly Gardens, The location is a lot to be desired though with some very strange people walking by and coming into the shop. Its a nice Starbucks just a shame of the location and the people who hang around it.

After their remodel, this place is cold and unwelcoming. That is not a comment on the customer service, but more on the décor and furniture. They took away the couches near the entry, and instead replaced them with a large wooden table and chairs. Considering many people come there while they wait for their bus to come, this seems to be Starbucks UK’s way of saying«we don’t want you here!»
