My appointment was at 1:30, was still waiting at 3:30. No apologies, just the occasional cup of coffee offered. I had a voucher for a full head of hair extentions, they said I need twice the amount usually used as I have thick hair, tried to get me to pay another 60 quid. I said I couldn’t afford it as had already paid 75 quid for the voucher, and paying the extra would just make it normal price!!! They seemed to lose even more interest in me at this point. When i eventually got seen, the two staff spoke loudly to each other about their personal lives, that I really am not interested in hearing about. When my hair was finished, they pretty much tried to shove me out the door straight away, I had to ask them to cut the hair extensions in for me. I couldn’t wait to escape from there. The staff all seemed nice enough, just not very proffesional. I would never go back to this place, even for free.

Fantastic salon very professional and extremely great price too. Very happy with service and staff. Will be back very soon and would recommend to anyone.
