The first time, I visited Netto, I was wowed and got a new store-itus where it seemed great but now everything has wore off, I am starting to see the negative side. This supermarket is quite small, and although it does have a bakery, it is filled with junk, some including kids toys and some of the few branded products, like DS gluten free bread isn’t that great indeed and the gluten free section needs alot of working on. They pride themselves on offers, as local residents will know due to constantly receiving advertisements through a letter box, which I feel is not alright for supermarkets and makes them look cheap, and not in a good way. I live a good few miles away for this store and it is bonkers that someone would travel all this way, just for a Netto store when they is larger value supermarkets nearby. They know, their only customers are from Sainsbury’s who might call in before or after a weekly shop. Most of the items here are not too greatly priced, and the store does not have a nice/great feel to it and it is even smaller than some Morrisons Local store, and supermarket«local», «corner shops» so it really isn’t worth calling in, even to pass the time when looking at Sainsbury’s, I feel this place isn’t worthy of my original 3 star rating, or 2 for that matter, I feel it deserves a single one star and I don’t feel that is is worth being open to be fair, as it certainly does not meet ALDI and LIDL’s pricing and is just a small store — some items are even cheaper in Sainsburys, which for a value supermarket shouldn’t really be happening.
