avoid them — very salesy and poor customer service. added on accidental damage cover to a rental without telling me. tried to say i couldn’t rent a jacket without trousers… eventually let me…
they dont understand customer service and charge a fortune. not a fan and will goto slaters next time…

Strange little shop that seem a little backwards in their approach to customer service. Telling me what hours they are not open and warning that if I pay in cash they wont refund unless its by cheque to my house seems a little offputting to me.
The problem is this place actually sells very good quality suits and coats but their service is very very poor.
You can make the best product in the world MossBros but if you cant sell them then your going nowhere.
