The Meadows

It’s hard to miss The Meadows if you’re in the area. Like the nearby Hare and Hounds, The Meadows pub is easily one of the largest pubs in Liverpool, never mind Maghull. From the outside, The Meadows has a traditional, comfortable look to it which this is shared by its interior design.
Offering a casual, relaxed drinking environment by day and a busier, rowdier atmosphere at night, The Meadows is a great place to go whether you fancy a spot of pub lunch and a cider or two in the beer garden or if you’re looking to start off a messy night there of a Friday or Saturday before heading into town. Their food is your basic pub food but made to a high standard and their drinks prices are very reasonable for the area.
It can get busy at weekends, but this just highlights its popularity in the local area as a place for everyone to eat, drink and, generally, be merry.

The Meadows is a big old traditional pub in Maghull. It offers a nice atmosphere for a night out with friends or a good home-​style meal.
The food here is good, and the prices are reasonable. But you will find it gets pretty busy on a Friday night.
