Maybe not the biggest, but definitely worth a visit when you are in the area. There is a good selection of stalls with plenty of fresh produce from pies to wine! Everything looks delicious and fresh! The are the market is located is also very clean and looked after.

Great farmers market, open every Saturday from 10am until 2, on the new forecourt outside W Hampstead Thameslink station, and only a few minutes from the Overground /Jubilee. Generally around 20 stalls — from pasta to burgers, veg to oysters. It’s not all bio /organic as one reviewer has stated, but don’t let that detract you — generally the quality of the produce is exceptional. Highlights include — the ‘gyoza’ man — when he turns up — well worth queuing for and sampling. — fish stall — gary’s fresh fish — always ready to help with suggestions and ideas for cooking — the apple stall(generally closer to the station entrance) — awesome selection of fruit and worth trying a variety V difficult to park nearby as the local streets get filled up with traders’ vans. Still, it’s so close to public transport, why bother!

Very nice farmers market — love it! Good selection of cheeses, vegetables, meat, etc, most organic.

It’s a really good not so big neighborhood market, open every Saturday from 10 am to 2pm — don’t try and go there before 10am, even if all the food is out it can’t be sold before 10am. Everything is bio /organic. The apple merchant at the very beginning is amazingly good — you just fill up a basket with all kind of apples. I loooved the chicken burgers and eggs and beef burgers as well. I’ve found some really good fresh spinach leaves and some amazing italian rock salad. Definitely have to try the Bath cheeses and the dumplings… and why not, the crabs for 6£ each. Overall it is not that cheap but it’s still really cool, useful, healthy and good!
