Costa Coffee

Love this Costa.
Staff are mega happy and polite and nothing is a problem.
Even in rush hour you get served immediately.
They always have enough staff in so you’re not stood at «the end» waiting like a pork chop for your coffee.
It’s like a tardis; on the outside small yet there is plenty of seats going around to the side.
They have the standard cake and savouries to add to your brew, but they also have random delicious treats to get. Even if you don’t go in with the intention of buying one, you end up getting one!
Forget your Costa card? Not a problem, thy have elephant memories and will sort you out on your next visit.
There is a decent outside table area where you can just chill with your coffee and watch the World go by.
Definitely my favourite on my commute to work route!

The location is great, very big where you can always find a spot to sit. The staff is friendly and quick and the coffee tasty!

Very poor service. My skinny latte is always extremely hot that it s not possible to drink it. I always burn my tongue. :(Staff always chat between themselves rather to make more at ration to customer and making more focus for making quality coffee drinks.

This is a very nice Costa. It follows the brand closely, so if you’ve seen one before, you know what to expect. It’s a corner unit with ample outside seating, and the inside lets a lot of daylight in. There’s plenty of seating & it’s generally been quiet the times I’ve visited. Only thing that drops a star is I wish it had a few more comfy options. There are a few armrest chairs, but mostly it’s a spartan table-​chair arrangement.

This Costa is decent for a drink and a chat at most hours. The only issue during the day is that so many moms with toddlers come in that it’s a tough place to work over coffee or a sandwich due to the yelling. Staff are kind and mostly friendly. The actual food and drink, well just about the same as every other coffee shop in the city. Lots of seating, so no problem finding a relaxing cup mid day.

My favourite coffee chain in the UK. There’s nothing special about this exact branch (other than being my local!) as they all offer the same products and service.
The staff are friendly and they make a great cinnamon latte!
