We had a group of 24 high school students here for dinner before seeing a show at Theatre503 upstairs and it was one of the best meals of our trip. We had the prix-fixe pre-theatre menu and had pre-ordered our meals to make things more efficient. The food was excellent(the Salted caramel sticky toffee pudding was so incredibly delicious!) and the service friendly and efficient and speedy. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to visit again!

Great local pub to swing on over for a drink with friends. They’ve also got some tasty food and TVs to catch sporting events. The last time at the Latchmere I enjoyed a rack of ribs, I was pleasantly surprised by the American portion. The ribs were superb, falling off the bone with a nice dose of seasoning and sauce. They came out on a nice wooden platter with a side of chips. Although the food was delicious, the service was a tad slow, granted it was a busy evening, it took over 10 – 15 mins to square away the bill. I’d definitely head by to try a few more beers and more pub meals.

I first tried the Latchmere for lunch on a weekday. I went for one of their sandwiches with chips. Wow, this thing was massive. Definitely got my money’s worth, everything tasted fresh and flavourful. The drinks are a bit pricey and there isn’t a massive selection but the atmosphere is nice and the staff and friendly. Overall it’s a nice pub for lunch or a quick pint with friends.

Been here a few times when seeing theatre at 503. Usually a fairly pleasant experience however today when my sick friend ordered a hot toddy they a) didn’t know what it was and b) were unwilling to co-operate when having the recipe explained to them. Disappointing

A nice little pub in the heart of Battersea Park Road, The Latchmere served cold drinks at fair prices and has a fabulous roaring fire! Just great when stopping in on a cold autumn day. Could use more seating on a busy Sunday, and they ran out of nibbles. But overall a nice place.

Cheap drink deals, large beer garden, good for starting a night out I visited the Latchmere after the Battersea fireworks for Guy Fawkes. We had stopped in for a drink to ward of the chill and to wait for the crowds heading back to Clapham Junction to thin out a bit. First thing that caught my eye was the drinks specials board. A double Sailor Jerry with Crabbies for 4.50? Sold. Double vodka redbulls for 3.50? Bring it on. Pints for less than 3 squids? I may never leave. But leave we did, because honestly once you’ve had your fill of drink there isn’t much to keep you there. Overall, if I’m in the area I’ll stop by for a drink or ten before hitting the bars around the Junction or wandering over to Clapham high street, but I wouldn’t plan on staying for the rest of the evening.

Snuck in here on a Sunday afternoon to catch some sky-monopolised sport. Nice lazy Sunday feel, with good space and friendly staff. The Sunday roast was pretty standard pub fare for the price(£6: perfectly edible, but nothing to rave about), but they certainly made up for it quantity. I don’t know how I managed to waddle out afterwards.

The Latchmere is a nice little pub situated in the heat of Battersea, a stones throw away from Battersea Park. We saw Harry Hill perform a warm-up show at The Latchmere a while back. I really liked the cosy little theatre above the pub. It was a great place to watch an intimate warm-up set. The pub itself is OK. I’ve been there a few times as it used to be one of my locals but I was never overly bowled-over by it. Good for a quiet drink or if they’ve got some good comedy /theatre on but nothing else really…
