Where has this been all my London life?! Hardware and home goods store, well priced and organized. This has been right under my nose walking to and from Baker Street Station all these weeks? How so? How so? I’ve been eating with plastic forks and all I needed was to pop in here and all my civilized desires would be fulfilled? Done. Score. A pretty large selection of home items, kitchenware, small appliances, hardware necessities, light décor, odds and ends… and basically you’ve piled up a bunch of stuff in a basket before you know it. I need everything! Bring it on, Robert D. Bring it on. Well priced(can surely score a deal) — and they also have a web site for those folks that want to shop in their jammies. Free delivery offers on the regular(this one was 40+ quid to qualify). So nice to have knives! I cut some cheddar cheese last week with an exacto knife, things were getting ugly. Will def be back.

Robert Dyas in Marylebone is pretty cool. They have a good mix of everything you would need and expect from a hardware/home store. The great thing is they have quality items that are relatively inexpensive compared to a lot of the other DIY stores around. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and were a great help to me when I was doing research of stuff to get for my new flat. Starting over in a new town isn’t easy, especially when you have to put together your home from scratch. These guys are a great place to start and help you save a quid or two.
