Great wings. Super nice service. Smelled like Bob Marley. Give it a go! Especially if it’s late and you’ve had a few. Always better than McDonald’s. Seriously. Don’t go to McDonald’s. They’re owned by evil bastards.

WHAT I LOVED Location — Very convenient to Brixton Station, just across the road and tucked away on a little side street right before the traffic light at the main junction. Food — This is some of the best Caribbean food in London, period. I’ve only ordered one thing from here that I didn’t like and that was the Salted Mackerel. On that particular day it was just way too salty. However, everything else is fantastic and their prices are great. Literally, everything is fantastic Décor/Ambience — Take out only. There’s no where to sit and shop is often quite packed. This okay if you’re good to eat at home but otherwise you will be disappointed. Prices — Excellent value! However, I must note that the way they charge for boiled additions, i.e. dumplings, boiled yam and green banana is a bit silly and a rip off in my opinion. Their 3 piece deal is more expensive then if you buy individual portions at £0.30−0.40p each. This should be adjusted just for the sake of mathematical soundness! OPPORTUNITIESFORGROWTH Service — The are open 24 hours which is a dream come true!!! But my experience has been that the night shift team is much more friendly and service-orientated than the day shift team. When I went in before work one morning, the staff were flat out rude to me which I didn’t appreciate, but the food, prices and night staff have been so nice that I’ve continued to still eat there. Hope this is helpful guys. 5 stars which will be taken down to 4 if I’m treated rudely again. Enjoy guys xx

Decent food, can’t go wrong with 99p patties, only problem is they’re very flakey

In my opinion the best West Indian food in south west London, situated in the heart of Brixton. Serving breakfast, luch or dinner. You can choose from a huge selection of traditional meals like Curry goat, Jerk chicken, Rice and peas, dumplings and patties you also have a nice variety of west Indian influenced meals with a twist for example peel peel prawns, stir fried noodles & chilly garlic wings. downside it does not cater for sitting in, but take away is well worth it. Friendly staff, tasty food good prices.

Open late. Very late. Decent food. Stoned service. Volcanically microwaved food. All decent, but just ask what’s on(i.e., the menu is likely to be fairly meaningless) If you want really nice Carribean food, though, and it’s not 3AM, walk up Acre Lane a bit and… just see my review for True Flavours.
