We booked the Sunday buffet for 10 people a few days before, and the staff at Quadrato were EXTREMELY accommodating. They even prepared fun kids settings for our friend’s children!
Della looked after us and was super helpful, attentive and gave us wonderful, exceptional service. She really knows how to make people feel special. Thank you Della for making my partner’s farewell so memorable x
It really was VIP treatment.
The atmosphere was lovely and calm, and all the staff were most welcoming. There was so much food to choose from! All my favourite things in one place — bacon, waffles, sushi, and Sunday roast. Sunday roast at a buffet!!! WOW.

There must have been a major menu and design change since these last posts. Had a great dinner on September 27th and can’t really find anything to complain about and I generally find something. The space was simple, yet sophisticated. The kitchen was a fish bowl, so you got to see the action. We had the octopus and scallops for appetizer and both were succulent and delicious. Highly recommend both. Had the branzino for dinner — delicious. Amazing tiramisu and chocolate cake. Our waiter Ali was attentive and friendly. Eileen, the manager, checked on all diners frequently. The service was great. Not the most riveting environment, but it is the Four Seasons after all. Subdued elegance. Highly recommend the food.

I ate here four times in one week while on a business trip and really had trouble mustering up enthusiasm for ordering anything by the end. Overall, the food was uninspired and extremely mediocre. I definitely had one entrée that I had to leave mostly untouched. There are some complimentary bonbons for dessert, but those were mostly inedible as well. I think the best part was the beginning of the meal where you had a selection of bread and I always got this garlic roll with scallions. =)
The service was classy although a bit slow. The dining room had lots of windows and nice, high ceilings. Strangely, there is a great view of the hotel pool… Anyway, people will probably come here on business because it’s convenient and in the Four Seasons. I sadly don’t really have any better suggestions except not to be lazy and go into town?

Was invited here for dinner and found it extremely disappointing. Maybe we were unlucky but the room was painful quiet and empty, the food simply not good. The wine list offers some form of salvation, but as would be expected here, at a price.
