Very poor customer service. My husband purchased a laptop from this shop 3 weeks ago. He was told when he bought it that there was anti virus protection on it. No sound comes out of the speakers, so my husband has taken it back to the shop to have it looked at, and when he has gone to pick it back up, he is being told there is no anti virus protection and they’re charging him for looking at it. I’m sorry, but a mouth full of obscenities is at the end of my tongue right now.
I do not recommend this shop to anyone and am going to be reporting them to the necessary bodies.
