Staff are foreign and speak in foreign language when amongst each other, which I wouldn’t have the slightest problem with, if it wasn’t for the fact that they couldn’t understand my simple order speaking clear English. Eventually when I pointed at it on the board and served me the creamy cooler it tasted like a bland protein shake. Really lacks any sweetness and flavour. However there was plenty of space to sit down and no queue which Made me come here instead of Starbucks. I see why it wasn’t busy now though

Lively café with good coffee, tea and pastries(Belgian chocolate tarte!!). We enjoyed sitting outside café in Hayes Gallery — Christmas lights and lots of people. A happy experience!

This is a really pleasant coffee in the Hays Galleria. If all you need on a Saturday afternoon is some Chai Latte and Belgian Chocolate Tiffin, this is a place to go. It can get pretty busy, as lots of people stroll through the Galleria on route from London Bridge to the River Thames bank. But with its cozy atmosphere, plus an outdoor sitting, it is a relaxing place to grab a coffee or some cakes.
