I’ve ‘used’ this shop as a normal café, and have yet to use it for its main functions, decorated/​novelty biscuit gift boxes and icing classes.
Basically, it looks like Cath Kidston threw up on it. Pink, blue, stripes, and polka dots… Not really my style at all.
BUT! It is quiet during the day when icing classes aren’t going on (basically in school hours), they have good coffee, nice cake, generous heating, free wifi, really nice staff, and they don’t mind you sitting around and working there. I wish they had more biscuits on sale for consumption in store (like… ones that are good to eat rather than to look at). Some things are a bit pricy, but the drink prices are about average for the area.
For these reasons, I shall return.
