Stopped in for just a glass of wine. Discovered a sophisticated environment, great antipasti, wonderful service, a friendly, welcoming owner with style and an amazing attention to detail. We will be back.

How rude! My husband and I went for dinner as we were staying at Club Quarters at Trafalgar Square and Bianco 43 is attached. Not only were we ignored, but when the obnoxious waiter finally visited our table, he had no excuse and was extremely rude. We left and will never go back. Shame on them

Setting the scene, the only place open for Christmas dinner anywhere near Trafalgar Square… Bianco welcomed us despite not having a reservation and having a long line waiting. The pizza was worth the wait, as was the wine, tiramisu(so rich) and limoncello! We would recommend, especially if you are a grateful, friendly person to your servers, because they will repay you in spades!

Dined here on a voucher and was left disappointed. From the random and inattentive service to the very average food. We had to ask for the menu, was made to feel like a problem when asking to try 2 different wines available on the menu, settled on a £29 bottle which was nice enough and possibly the best thing about the meal. I have an eye for customer service and unfortunately Bianco fell far below the mark. We had to ask to order, ask for drinks, were told multiple items(both food & wine) were not available, get up to collect our own salt, no offer of black pepper or parmesan for the mains however a large group of tourists behind us seemed to have a flawless experience. Perhaps we should have sat with them. Never again.

What a nice authentic Italian restaurant in London! Had the gnocchi with eggplant. Very nice! Fresh homemade crusty Italian bread too!!!

Went here with a living social deal and definitely won’t be back. We were entitled to a starter and a main course each with a glass of prosecco. We arrived and had the voucher taken from us and were seated. We then had to ask for the drink when ordering. Many of the items on the menu weren’t available and sadly it was the same when trying to order wine. We eventually settled on the wine of the week which was priced at £29. This was actually the best thing about the whole meal. When the starters arrived the salad wasn’t dressed or seasoned and I had to leave the table to ask for some salt. The mozzarella salad was returned pretty much untouched and the mussels were ok but far too large a portion for a starter. Both mains were pasta dishes and again we had to request some black pepper and there was no offer of parmesan to go with it. I’m not sure if the differing levels of service were due to the voucher as the table behind us had no such problems and were offered everything as standard. The pizzas did look good however I can’t comment on the taste as I didn’t try one. Overall this is a very average Italian restaurant overcharging due to the location. There will be much better meals at a better price elsewhere

Nice place just off Trafalgar Square. Had a nice salad, and the diavolo pizza. Everything was fresh & tasty and for a reasonable price.
