Well I’ve never been called. Rude or obnoxious in the 20 years I’ve worked at antique watch co. And actually we are well known for being over helpful! I hope the customer below has the correct establishment! Although I can be Stern when people enter my security access buzzer release shop with a crash helmet on or asking for directions. When you walk into this tiny tiny watch shop you’ll think you’ve stepped into both the most niche yet intriguing shop in London. It’s brimming with old watches and clocks (thankfully not all ticking) and strangely vintage postcards — why? Well I’m not sure but they make for some entertaining reading whilst you wait.
I went in simply to change the battery in my modern watch and they were very accommodating and did it right there on the spot for £10!
Definitely want to go back there just to fulfil my curiosity…

Don’t go into this shop unless your watch is super expensive and rare antique. If it’s just a normal every day watch they will — literally — laugh in your face. Rude and obnoxious and unhelpful.
