Best Botan Kebab House

Went here for a late night snack on my break. Very pleased with the service and looked very clean. Though the only thing was that the chips where slightly chewy. Friendly staff and quick service.

You can be hungry at the end of a night out. I’m not ashamed to admit that. The ordinary human ritual of nourishment is crucial to our survival. However, problems arise when you consider how restaurants are usually shut at 4am, working hours and all that. Ergo, the only sensible solution is a takeaway. No problems so far.
However, the fact Botan is literally one of the first food-​serving businesses I come across after leaving a club would lead me to suggest that I’m not exactly compos mentis during the decision-​making process. Nope, as shamed as I am to admit it, it’s far more likely that I’ve just stumbled in braying loudly for stuff to shovel into my gaping mouth. That’s not dignified.
If the world was kinder, the doors of this place would be eternally locked with a sign on the door saying ‘Just go home, you idiot. You’ll regret this in the morning.’
