Meeting a colleague for lunch in Hove we I thought it was probably about time to try Skyfall. I keep walking past and admiring the décor but as ever, hoping that this place would not be style over substance.(like the fancy seafront restaurant that shall remain nameless!) I am actually quite impressed. We ate from the lunch menu: 1 course £7, 2 courses under a tenner and a three course option but can’t remember the price. Very reasonable nonetheless. The lunch menu is small and simple but nicely thought out. The dishes that arrived were exactly as described, no ‘mucking around’. Staff pleasant too. The place was sadly empty so for all those not on a health kick this January I’d say check it out. Really yummy and great value for money(if you’re reading this Skyfall– not an indication to put the price up! ;)) All in all; not just a pretty face.
