We came to have a birthday meal with our friends, and after half an hour of waiting for our food we asked the staff where it was. The staff replied «it won’t be one moment». Another 20 minutes later we asked again, and they were surprised we had not yet received our order. We were assured that they would get our food to is immediately. Another 10 minutes later they came to retake our order as they had lost the original. 20 minutes after we finally received our food. However, when we went to pay they asked whether everything was ok with our meal. We expressed our concerns about how long it took our order to arrive and they demanded full price for all 6 meals. With no room for negotiation we were left extremely disappointed at how we has been treated by their staff.
