Call centers are a joke …
Once it all works and you can get a good enough deal your sorted!

I signed up to Virgin Media not that long ago, and started getting problems with receiving channels. Phoning a call centre is something I generally try to avoid, so when I was passing this shop branch on Buchanan Street, I thought I had found the perfect antidote to my dislike of the telemiphone.
Unfortunately, however, after waiting in a very unorganised queue for 15 minutes, I was told the only help I could get for my problem was, annoyingly, to call their call centre. The branch, it appears is solely for sucking in new customers dillydallying around town on an aimless saturday, and not at all for maintaining their current customer relations.
Dissappointed.
